Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. Intake form (“Case Information of Individual to be Served”): the information you enter about the individual to be served and the petitioner, which may include names, addresses, dates of birth, physical descriptions, vehicle details, employment and schedule information. We collect this information only to perform the service-of-process and related services you request.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to carry out service of process and courthouse filing services, to produce the affidavits and documentation those services require, and to communicate with you about your matter. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to complete your requested services — for example with the process servers assigned to your matter, with courts, and with service providers who host our systems or deliver email on our behalf — and as required by law.

Data Retention & Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized Trident staff. We retain records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by contacting our office. Because our services are business-to-business support for litigation, some records must be retained even after a deletion request.
